The Chef’s Pantry range reduces costs in your business with a comprehensive offer of ready to use fresh ingredients and convenience products. Our buying power combined with specialised machinery process products efficiently and ensures our premium quality products meet the highest standards. Chef's Pantry supplies over 1,200 foodservice and food manufacturing customers. This includes restaurants, caterers, hotels, pubs, cafes, QSRs, food manufacturers, hospitals, nursing homes, franchises, and select retail clients. Chef’s Pantry uses modern and specially designed machinery to achieve premium quality cut products. We have machines to dice, slice, julienne, shred, grate, peel, chop, wedge, rice, floret, top and tail, baton, portion, mix, brunoise, mince, chiffonade, paysanne, cube, bias cut, macédoine, Rondelle vegetables.
Chef’s Pantry also peels and cuts fruit into fruit salad, wedges, diced and sliced for breakfast buffets and catering. The company has a fully equipped commercial kitchen including large combi-ovens, steam kettles and Bratt pans as well as blast chillers to rapidly cool products.
Chef’s Pantry can source, manufacture & supply custom and bespoke products for clients. This is an area of speciality. Packaging is limited to our current abilities. We do not pack into glass. Chef’s Pantry has our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles. We deliver throughout Victoria and into Southern NSW. We can ship products to other states within Australia. Chef’s Pantry has been HACCP-certified company for over 20 years and we maintain the highest food safety standards. Our Quality Assurance team monitors our finished products giving clients confidence when buying our products. Microbiological Testing is conducted on a frequent basis. Chef’s Pantry adheres to modern slavery laws ensuring ethical practices across our operations.
Chef’s Pantry can contract manufacture food products for business customers. We can cook, chill and freeze products. We are currently in the final stages of setting up our Sous-Vide and Cook Chill plant. Retort and HPP product can also be facilitated through external partners. Over the years the company has contract manufactured sauces, meals, soups, dressings, mashed and puree products, roasted and steamed vegetables, caramelized onions, salads, cooked pulses and pasta and more. If you require a product that is not listed on our website, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist you. Please Note - we do not have the ability to pack into glass.
